【摘要】:ISO15681-1:2003specifiesflowinjectionanalysis(FIA)methodsforthedeterminationoforthophosphateinthemassconcentrationrangefrom0,01mg/lto1,0mg/l(P),andtotalphosphorusbymanualdigestioninaccordancewithISO6878forthemassconcentrationrangefrom0,1mg/lto10mg/l(P).Therangeofapplicationcanbechangedbyvaryingtheoperatingconditions.ISO15681-1:2003isapplicabletovarioustypesofwater(suchasground,drinking,surface,leachateandwastewaters).Thismethodisalsoapplicabletotheanalysisofseawater,butwithchangesinsensitivity,byadaptationofthecarrierandcalibrationsolutionstothesalinityofthesamples.
