【摘要】:1.1ThissoftwarewasdevelopedtoautomatecalculationswithinthreeASTMstandards:PracticesD2777(outlierremovalsection),D6091,andD6512.1.2Theprogramcalculatesdetectionestimates(DE)andquantitationestimates(QE)fortheconstant,straight-line,exponential,andhybrid(Rocke-Lorenzato)modelsofthevariationof[interorintra]laboratorystandarddeviation(ILSD)withconcentration.CalculationsareshownintheDE_QEworksheetandresultsareshownintheDLsx0026;QLsworksheet.Severalplotsaregeneratedshowinghowwelleachmodelfitsthedata.TheleastcomplexmodeltofitthedatawithadequateconfidencemustbeusedbytheASTMstandards.Note18212;ModelingtechniquesautomatedinthisPracticeandwiththissoftwarehavebeenshowntoworkwellwithmostdatasets.Usersofthissoftwarearecautionedthatwithsome,raredatasets,anomalousresultsmaybeobtained,andmanualforcingofadifferentmodelmayberequired.Ithasbeennotedthatforsomedatasetswhenanexponentialmodelisselected,theremaybealackofconvergenceonaresultortheremaybeaconvergenceontwoseparateresults.1.3UsersofDQCALCshouldrefertothesePracticesforthespecificsofthescopeandapplicationofthePractices.1.4TheIDEandIQEPracticesareconcernedwithestimatesoflimitsofdetectionandlimitsofquantitationbasedoninter-laboratorydata.DQCALCmayalsobeemployedtocalculatedetectionandquantitationestimatesbasedonsinglelaboratorydata.1.5TheDQCALCSoftwareconsistsofanExcelworkbookandassociatedmacrosandausermanualinMicrosoftWord.
